Horizontal Treaters

WellFlex horizontal treater is designed to remove water and emulsion from large quantities of crude oil. The unit is engineered with a unique inlet shroud and an emulsion distributor that allow you to efficiently treat well streams at high capacities while maximizing separation. The process quickly readies your product for pipeline delivery.

How It Works

Produced fluids enter the top and descend into the shroud for heat treatment. Any gas that is released collects in the upper section and exits through the gas backpressure valve, while water collects in the lower section. Heating extracts additional water, which is discharged to the water storage tank through the water outlet control valve. The crude flow into the distributor for enhanced separation above the oil/water surface. The treated oil flows into the oil bucket and then threw oil outlet control valve for storage or pipeline delivery.
