• Nick Klaus

    PRESIDENT

    Nick directed the transition of Wellflex Energy Solutions as a vertically integrated fabrication division of a publically traded E&P company into a stand-alone business division in 2011.  With the goal of making Wellflex the industry leader for facilities solutions, in 2013 Nick led the management buyout of Wellflex Energy Solutions with assistance from private investors.  Under Nick’s leadership, Wellflex has grown a highly technical team to support their ModFlexTM process of modular facilities and provide industry leading expertise and support to their customers.

    Nick holds a B.A. in History and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin

  • Mike Nathan

    CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

    Prior to joining Wellflex, Mike held the position with Valerus as Director of Project Management and Engineering. He also worked for NATCO/Cameron as Sr. Project Manager and Project Director to execute projects for PETRONAS in Malaysia, and held various Project Management, Engineering and Quality Control management roles for NATCO, Black & Vetch and Dresser Flow Solutions.

    Mike holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Tulsa and a Registered Professional engineer in State of Texas.

  • Doug Wright

    CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

    Prior to joining Wellflex, Doug held the Controller position for companies in the manufacturing and oil and gas services industries. He also held positions in financial reporting for American Airlines, and as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers.

    Doug is a CPA and holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington and Lee University.

  • Garrett Lee

    CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

    Prior to joining Wellflex, Garrett was the Manager of Production Equipment Product Management & Technical Support at Valerus where he developed Production Equipment packages and grew an expert Technical Support team for the onshore Unites States.  Prior to Valerus, Garrett held the position of Eagle Ford Territory Manager for NATCO/Cameron, where he was responsible for design, fabrication & servicing Process Systems for all upstream and midstream customers in the Eagle Ford Basin.

    Garrett holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Business Minor from Texas A&M University.
